<p>Hi Ms. Sheila!! I have literally gone through all of the adkins line you have posted. I'm simply curious if there was ever a definitive on minitha mitha... everything I find brings me back here. Obviously like any little girl growing up in the south I was told of the cherokee Indian princess... I followed my mother's father's lineage of Gunter all the way back to Rueben Gunter and his wife jemimah and that stops. But I found interesting info on my grandmother's fathers mothers side. Debbie j morris. If I follow that all the way up I hit sarah/Sara adkins witcher. Her mother was nancy anne adkins, her father was William adkins his parents were William adkinsand Elizabeth parker. Her parents were mitha and Richard and so go the Mitha "mitha-ology".</p>

<p>my question is, has there been definitive proof found yet that mitha is in fact who she is and Richard is who he is? This all has been so fascinating to learn about. I appreciate your work you have put in for all of this matter. </p>
