Comment on Josias Fugate 1688-1757 by Lilly

I do not believe that Peter and Frances are the parents of Josias born 1690. I have the following information:
Fucatt, Peter, m. by 4 July 1694, Frances, dau. of John Mould (BALR RM#HS:419).
