FY: While researching the Fry family of Montgomery/Giles Co. Va several years ago I came across two Atkins depositions in the Augusta Co Case Fry vs Fry.
Parker Atkins Sr. deposed in Montgomery Co Va, 17 June 1805. and Parker Atkins Jr. deposed in Montgomery Co. Ohio 4 Feb 1805. Both related to the same case.
So seems that Parker Sr didn’t die in 1792 and he must have had a son Parker Jr.
