In answer to your question you should seek out a book called “The Fugate Family of Russell County Virginia” written by David Faris (Box 8574 Philadelphia, PA 19101) published in 1986 by Gateway Press,Inc. 1001 N. Calvert Street Baltimore, MD 21202). It is a complete history of the Fugate Family.
