Does anyone have a Parker Adkins that married an Elizabeth Midkiff in 1849 in Cabell County WV? Someone told me he was the son of a Brison,Bryson Adkins,, this Parker died sometime before 1866, Elizabeth remarried in 1866 and her new marriage cert. says she is a widow, she married 2nd time to Edward Franklin.
