*******************************************
Now as a research of my Alexander Montgomery, I would have passed this
up as another miss in my search, but then I remembered that your
Alexander Montgomery of Moore’s Fort in 1777 did have a brother named
John Montgomery.
So, I do believe this to be your ancestor.
John Montgomery of this family was born about 1792 in Tennessee?
Also of interest is the name of Michael Montgomery whom also received
Lands in this county and on the same side of the river as Alexander.
